Part-time Human Resources Clerk (Recruitment)

Duties:

• Facilitate end-to-end recruitment activities and support the selection process, including but not limited to and posting job advertisements

• Provide clerical support in interview arrangements

• Provide clerical support, data entry and document filing

• Participate in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Post-secondary students or fresh graduates with relevant academic backgrounds and a passion for the HR field are welcome

• Responsible, flexible and attentive to details

• Good in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

• Good command of written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage

• Work schedule: at least 2 full-day / 3 half-day per week (scheduled between Tuesday to Friday)

• Immediately available is preferred

• Working Location: Ma On Shan
