Part-Time Human Capital Management & Administration - Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative duties in full spectrum of Human Resources functions
• Perform routine data checking and personnel records filing
• Assist recruitment related tasks, e.g. sorting CVs in an orderly manner, etc.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
   

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above in any disciplines
• Meticulous and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Able to work from 2 PM to 6 PM for at least 4 working days per week
