Part-Time/Freelance Digital Content & Social Media Creator

Responsibilities:

• Corporate Branding: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our corporate brand image across various platforms.

• Social Media Management: Oversee corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, FB, IG, Youtube, etc), creating engaging content and monitoring interactions.

• Benchmarking: Conduct market research including salary and benefits, to assess our positioning and identify best practices in the industry.

• Channel Selection: Evaluate and recommend social media channels that align with our branding goals.

• Agency Negotiations: Liaise with external recruitment agencies, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.

• Collaboration: Work with Human Resources team to align with corporate values and recruitment needs.

Qualifications:

• Have experience in corporate branding or social media management.

• Strong analytical skills for benchmarking and strategy development.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
