Job Descriptions:
- Manage a vehicle fleet and coordinate route plan
- Deploy manpower effectively
- Liaise and coordinate with colleagues and clients
- Assist Division Head on other administrative matters
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Transportation / Business / Marketing is preferred
- At least 2 years relevant experience in car hiring or vehicle fleet management
- Good planning, communication and people management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Holder of driving Licence No.1 (Private Car) and No.2 (Light Goods Vehicle) is preferred
- Candidate with less experience may also be considered
Working Hours:
On shift Mon – Sun (including Sat, Sun, and public holidays; WFH for Afternoon shift).

- 管理車隊並協調路線計劃
- 有效部署人力資源
- 與同事及客戶保持聯絡和協調
- 協助部門主管處理其他行政事務
入職要求:
- 持文憑學歷或以上,具運輸/商業/市場營銷學位獲優先考慮
- 至少2年相關工作經驗,擁有汽車出租或車隊管理經驗更佳
- 擅長策劃,並有良好的人員管理和溝通技巧
- 熟悉MS Office 及中文輸入
- 良好的中、英文書寫能力
- 持有1號(私家車)及2號(輕型貨車)駕駛執照者獲優先考慮
- 經驗較少者也可獲考慮
工作時間:
星期一至日輪更、輪班(包括星期六、星期日、公眾假期;在家辦公,下午班可在家工作)。
