Job Responsibilities:
• Provide general clerical support to Admin Dept including expense, filling, and documentation
• Handling stationery orders, pantry supplies, and stock-keeping
• Procurement, sourcing, or purchase of office items
• Support office administration tasks as assigned
• Perform outdoor activities and complete the assigned jobs timely
• Maintain and log outgoing letters / express documents, and courier packages electronically
Requirements:
- HKDSE or above with preferably 1 year of relevant working experience
- Responsible, well-organized, and able to handle multi-tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
Working Hours & Benefits:
- half day work (Monday to Friday)
- Double Pay
