Paid Internship Full or Part Time - Exhibition & Events Organiser, UK Company

We are looking for a full or part time intern or part time position who can work in our WeWork office in Wan Chai alongside our HK team. We are a UK headquartered business with an office in HK for over 7 years.

We run large-scale international exhibitions in Australia, America and the UK. We are looking for a hardworking university student who is interested in either a full or part time internship. 

You would be working alongside our marketing team helping us prepare for our tradeshow in March. The successful candidate may have the opportunity to travel and potentially work for us in a full time position after graduation.

This is a paid internship.

Responsibilities:
- Research Industry markets, intelligence and trends.
- Gather lead research in Sales and Marketing opportunities.
- Assist in developing sales materials
- Assist in developing Marketing materials
- Maintain existing client relationships in collaboration with operations and marketing teams
- Keeping relationships with related customers to events and gather a larger communication base/ inviting VIPs to events

Skills:
- Excellent Organisational and Time-Management Skills
- Fluent or working Proficiency in Mandarin & English.
- Able to deal and communicate effectively with different levels of clients.
- Hard worker, able to work dependently and within a team.
- Positive 'Can-do' Attitude
- Ambitious, proactive, determined, enthusiastic.
- Basic IT skills
