職位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  • prepare vaccination name list, tracking attendance and generating claim report etc.

  • Set up the venue, operate cash registers, accepting payments, ensure transaction, accuracy, balancing cash drawers and issuing receipts.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to teachers and parents of students.

  • Prepare and distribute materials for outreach activities.

  • Assist with inventory checks and stocktaking.

  • Flexible working hour (07:00-20:00), overtime may be required

  • No fixed working location and out door working is required, packing and delivering materials back to office after events.

  • Temporary contract from 18 Aug 2025 to 28 Feb 2026

Job Requirement:

  • F.5/HKDSE or above with at least 1 year Cashier, Customer Service, Out-reach project or other related experience is an advanced

  • Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, Good Chinese and English Typing skill, Good interpersonal and communication skill
