Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence:

· Supervise daily logistics activities across key stages (Leg 1, Leg 2, and Leg 3) to ensure efficiency and compliance with SLAs outlined in contracts with key accounts.

· Promptly address operational issues arising from both local and overseas hubs to minimize disruptions.

· Provide proactive, actionable recommendations for enhancing processes and achieving operational excellence.

2. Key Accounts and Vendors Engagement:

· Represent the company and its brand with customers, conducting regular review meetings to build strong relationships founded on quality service and sustainable operations

· Maintain robust communication channels with key accounts and vendors.

3. Data-Driven Decision Making:

· Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and pinpoint areas for enhancing operations and supply chain efficiency.

· Monitor financial performance and manage data exchanges related to billing and service penalties

4. Internal Collaboration:

· Assist with billing reports and project implementation for key accounts.

· Ensure seamless integration and transition of new projects into existing operations.

5. Professional Leadership:

· Demonstrate high levels of responsibility and professionalism.

· Proactively take on additional responsibilities and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Analytics, or related field.

· 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce logistics, with a proven track record in operations management across core stages (Leg 1, Leg 2, and Leg 3).

· Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics, freight forwarding, and courier business.

· Excellent numerical, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).

· Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently under pressure.

· Immediate availability preferred.
