We are a pet retail chain now sincerely recruiting a proactive and responsible Operations Coordinator, who will report directly to the Operations Director and Deputy Operations Director. You will work in a dynamic environment, assisting the team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities:
績效分析與報告:負責編制和分析關鍵績效指標(KPI)報告,協助管理層監察營運表現並提出改進建議。
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Responsible for compiling and analyzing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to assist management in monitoring operational performance and proposing recommendations for improvement.
店舖營運支援:主動協助解決各分店日常營運問題,確保店舖運作符合公司標準。
Store Operations Support:Proactively assist in resolving daily operational issues across all branches to ensure store operations adhere to company standards.
對外事務協調:負責處理與供應商、合作夥伴及其他外部機構的溝通和協調工作。
External Affairs Coordination:Responsible for handling communication and coordination with suppliers, partners, and other external parties.
應急支援:在有緊急情況或人手短缺時,需親身前往分店支援,充當店務員,確保店舖服務不受影響。
Emergency Support: In the event of emergencies or staff shortages, provide hands-on support by working as a store associate at the frontline to ensure uninterrupted service.
行政及文書支援:完成營運總監及副營運總監指派的其他行政及文書工作。
Administrative and Clerical Support: Complete other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the Operations Director and Deputy Operations Director.
Requirements:
大專或以上學歷,具備零售營運或相關行業經驗者優先考慮。
Post-secondary education or above; candidates with experience in retail operations or related industries are preferred.
熟悉Microsoft Office應用程式,尤其精通Excel 及 Power Point操作。
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
具備良好溝通能力及人際技巧,能有效與不同層級人員溝通。
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels.
具備獨立解決問題的能力,應變能力強,能應對突發情況。
Capable of independent problem-solving with strong adaptability to handle unexpected situations.
處事細心、有耐性、態度積極及有「做得到」的精神。
Detail-oriented, patient, with a positive and "can-do" attitude.
能適應快速變化的工作環境,並樂於接受挑戰。
Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and willing to take on challenges.
精通中英文書寫及口語(包括粵語及普通話)。
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
需於有需要時到不同分店工作。
Willing to work at different store locations when required.
