職位描述


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistic, Factory team to deliver excellent service and performance to exceed the customer expectation
  • Assist Sales team to source, negotiate, manage different sub-contractors and vendors
  • Support office administration work such as prepare the management report, prepare project proposal and progress monitoring, organizing company events etc
  • to provide ad hoc support to the Company

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years solid administrative experience in managing projects and tracking project progress is preferred
  • Mature and proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent and able to work within the target timeline
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Occasionally travel to China or oversea companies
