Duties
- Assist in the daily function and administration
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and other related sales & customer service documentation, etc.
- Answering phone calls and e-mails from customers
- Ad-hoc assignments as required
- Support the team in operation management
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of administrative experience or related background
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office & Excel
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Work independently with minimum supervision
- IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferable.
