The Law Society seeks applications from enthusiastic, competent and suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Officer (Professional Development and Training) in the Standards & Development Department.
The position will be mainly responsible for the planning and administration of courses, training programmes and assessments, including organising the delivery of courses, lecturers, seminars, workshops and events on behalf of the Law Society and the Hong Kong Academy of Law, and assisting in handling enquiries and liaison work with relevant parties regarding such courses, training programmes and assessments as well as assisting in the promotion and publicity thereof. Applicants should possess:
- relevant tertiary qualifications with a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- experience in designing, organizing and/or evaluating training programmes, and planning the logistics thereof;
- (preferably) experience in publicity and promotion of courses or events; and
- strong communication and organisation skills.
