職位描述

1. Recruitment Support (70%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior/mid-level roles: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and reference checks.

2. Securities Account Opening (20%)

  • Assist clients with brokerage account onboarding (individual/corporate).

  • Verify KYC/AML documents (ID, proof of address, financial statements).
  • Liaise with Compliance team to ensure SFC regulatory adherence.

3. Office Administration (10%)

  • Manage office supplies, vendor payments, and meeting coordination.
  • Support employee onboarding/offboarding logistics.
  • Handle ad-hoc operational requests.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Exposure to securities/finance industry (SFC Type 1/4/9 licensed firms)

  • Basic understanding of KYC/AML procedures for brokerage account opening

  • Experience handling client-facing documentation (e.g., NDAs, service agreements)

  • Certificate in Human Resources Management or related field
