1. Recruitment Support (70%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior/mid-level roles: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and reference checks.
2. Securities Account Opening (20%)
Assist clients with brokerage account onboarding (individual/corporate).
- Verify KYC/AML documents (ID, proof of address, financial statements).
- Liaise with Compliance team to ensure SFC regulatory adherence.
3. Office Administration (10%)
- Manage office supplies, vendor payments, and meeting coordination.
- Support employee onboarding/offboarding logistics.
- Handle ad-hoc operational requests.
Exposure to securities/finance industry (SFC Type 1/4/9 licensed firms)
Basic understanding of KYC/AML procedures for brokerage account opening
Experience handling client-facing documentation (e.g., NDAs, service agreements)
Certificate in Human Resources Management or related field
