Merchandising Supervisor - FMCG (外勤理貨員組長)

Job Responsibilities:

Allocate work tasks and monitor merchandising team performance to ensure merchandisers meet company strategy 分配工作並監察團隊表現, 確保外勤理貨員達成公司目標

Provide guidance to help merchandisers maintain high work efficiency 提供指導並協助團隊提升技能, 保持高工作效率

Supervise product displays and promotional materials to align with the company's standards 監督貨品陳列和推廣物料情況, 確保符合公司指引

Maintain good communication with internal and external parties 與團隊及客戶維持良好關係

Outdoor work is required 需要外勤工作

Job Requirements:

Form 5 or above 中五或以上學歷

Minimum 3 years’ work experience in merchandising field, which 1-2 years at supervisory level 至少三年外勤理貨員工作經驗, 有一至兩年管理團隊經驗

Strong leadership and communication skills 擁有良好領導及溝通能力

Proficiency in MS Office 熟練使用 MS Office 辦公室軟體

Candidates with experience in the FMCG industry are preferred 具備快速消費品行業經驗者優先考慮
