Marketing & Product Development Manager (Woven or Cut & Sewn)

Responsibilities:

• Acquire the latest trends of the market, Develop and explore new business opportunities in the overseas market
• Conduct planning, execution and communication of a development strategy that meets and exceeds the financial goal
• Develop new customers for the company, visit customers on a regular basis, and maintain good relationships with customers
• Drive effective and efficient communication between fabric, development and production teams to ensure that contracts, budgets and development schedules are targeted
• Source material, development and procurement
• Focus on sustainability
• Formulate marketing and sales strategies, implementing action plans to achieve business KPI objectives

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Textiles and Clothing, Design or related disciplines
• Rich customer resources, has the ability to develop new customers and new market
• 10+ year’s solid experience in handling ladies' high fashion and apparel mainly in woven or cut and sewn areas
• Presentable, pro-active, energetic, global vision, judgmental marketing insight, aggressive with good communication skills
• Base in HK, willing to travel occasionally
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing & Product Development Manager
