The Opportunity:

We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Event intern to support our daily operations. As a Marketing & Event Intern, you will be expected to assist with a company's advertising and promotional efforts. You oversee clerical and administrative tasks, as well as developing social media campaigns and creating promotional materials. You will also be asked to prepare presentations that advise your manager on how to promote certain products.

Key Responsibilities: 

·        Support the execution of ATL and BTL Marketing campaigns.

·        Help organise and manage onsite activities and events, including sampling activities and other promotional events.

·        Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing materials and activities for assigned projects.

·        Contribute to content creation, designing creatives, and managing social media platforms.

·        Participating in brainstorming sessions and provide ideas to support the planning of marketing activities that align with business brands and goals.

·        Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualification:

·        Diploma or Degree in Business / Events Management and / or Marketing

·        At least 1- 2 years of experience in a marketing / events / retail communications position

·        Willing to learn, open-minded and positive

·        Proactive team player, dynamic, enthusiastic and possess a strong sense of ownership.

·        Good interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English and Cantonese, both oral and written.

·        Hong Kong local citizen is preferred.

·        Able to work as a full-time intern for full working days (Mon- Fri) or at least 2-3 full days a week.
