Manager/Senior Manager

Knowledge Transfer Section

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for capturing, sharing, and utilizing knowledge within the College;

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including academic institutions, industry partners, and community organizations;

  • Assist in planning and executing knowledge transfer projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with college’s goals;

  • Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote knowledge sharing and best practices;

  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of knowledge transfer activities, preparing reports and presentations for management;

  • Manage documentation, maintain records, and assist with budget tracking related to knowledge transfer activities.

     

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Management, Knowledge Transfer or related discipline;

  • At least 3 years of working experience in a large financial organization and understand the project investment framework; or 3 years of experience in primary market investment both domestically and internationally, and is familiar with the early-stage project investment market;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders;

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;

  • Excellent of spoken & written English and Chinese (including both Mandarin and Cantonese);

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
