Manager (Ref No: HKCSS/029/2024)

One-year renewable contract

Responsibilities:

• Manage funding schemes to enable co-creation and social innovation in addressing social challenges, with incubation and capacity building programmes for funded projects;
• Oversee the progress and efficacy of funded projects;
• Proactively reach out to funders, investors, pro bono service providers, consultants and other relevant stakeholders to leverage resources in driving social impact;
• Plan, coordinate and implement digital marketing and social media promotion;
• Plan and organize events to promote multi-stakeholder partnerships;
• Assist supervisor in building a culture of co-creation among the team.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Social Entrepreneurship, Public Administration, Communications, Social Work or related fields;
• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in project management, grant administration, business development, preferably with supervisory experience;
• Passionate in making positive impact and advancing societal well-being;
• Collaborative and growth mindset. Problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Familiar with NGO sector, social enterprise community and funders/social investors’network is an advantage;
• Candidates with lower qualifications will be considered as Project Manager.

5-day work per week. 15-day annual leave.
