Management Trainee

About the role

This full-time Management Trainee role at KNIGHTS FOUNDATION is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the organization's mission of promoting high-quality education and training services in the Tsuen Wan and Mong Kok districts. As the Marketing Trainee, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting the successful delivery of the foundation's projects and initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of various educational projects and initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing events and coordinating with external vendors
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and insights
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing events and coordinating with external vendors
• Liaising with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners to ensure effective communication and smooth project delivery
• Providing administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting
• Assisting with the development and implementation of project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Supporting the overall operations and growth of the foundation
• The work location is in the Tsuen Wan and Mong Kok districts

What we're looking for

• Fresh Graduates are welcome. BBA major preferred, With IELTS result provided
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Proficient in using project management tools and software, and use of simple AI
• Ability to work well in a team, take initiative on projects, and demonstrate creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with market research and data analysis
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project-related issues
• Commitment to the foundation's mission and a passion for making a positive impact in the community
