Program Highlights

• Trainees will be placed in either Sales or Marketing functions, receiving on-the-job training to build a solid foundation in trade execution, brand strategy, or campaign management;
• Through structured job rotations, trainees will expand their expertise into adjacent areas to develop a holistic understanding of FMCG operations;
• Mentorship and coaching scheme to cultivate strategic thinking, problem-solving mindsets, and internal networks critical for career advancement;
• Training and workshops will cover essential competencies;
• Overseas exposure via visits to PRC/overseas markets or manufacturing plants, enabling firsthand observation of regional business dynamics and operational scaling.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (recent graduates preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Passion to develop long term career in the FMCG sector, with a keen understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• A can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit—eager to take initiative, solve problems creatively, and drive projects forward in ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical aptitude, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua (written and spoken) to engage effectively in multicultural workplace.
