Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Support Shipping and Receiving: Assist with the coordination of shipping and receiving activities, including tracking shipments and resolving any issues.

  • Data Entry and Analysis: Enter and analyze logistics data to support decision-making and improve efficiency.

  • Coordinate with Vendors: Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping records.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to support various projects and initiatives.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field;

  • Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles;

  • Previous internship or work experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus but not required;

  • Good communication and organizational and time management skills;

  • A good team player with attention to details and willingness to learn;

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;

  • Good command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken);

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
