Accountabilities

  • Target strategic business partners in terms of value, market share and volume
  • Manage and improve customer retention
  • Identify business opportunities from existing and new customers
  • Analyze customer performance, sales growth and production and plan accordingly
  • Drive the use of e-Tools across all customers to provide cost effective services
  • Analyze customers performance to drive their growth and production
  • Increase cross selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Ensure proper service delivery to the customers by following up with ground operations and other concerned teams if needed
  • Ensure team targets and KPI’s are met and increase market share
  • Assist ad hoc project as assigned


Job Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in logistics and Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • 10 years relevant working experience in courier, express or hub management with 3 years’ experience in supervisory grade or above
  • With strong exposure in logistics and business development in freight forwarding firms
  • Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proven and solid experience in negotiation and able to balance customer expectations and company requirements
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (esp. Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Access)
  • Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills
  • Team player, result-driven, and willing to work overtime
