· Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with the designated key accounts within his/her portfolio.
· Participate in annual tender negotiation and ensure fulfilment ratio once contract has been established
· Handling of Key Accounts in both BCO & IFF segments
· Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts stakeholders
· Maintain regular meetings with customers to review performance against commitment. Provide timely and adequate response and follow up for all customer commercial issues across different trade and countries
· Enhance customer satisfaction by timely and successful delivery of our services and solutions according to customer needs and objective
· Prepare periodic customer reports and performance analysis, and perform customer presentation
· Maintain & record sales activities, account updates & sales lead through LISA CRM / NOVA
· Identify business opportunities with customers (e.g. OOG, Reefer, intermodal, etc.)
· Regular update on customer feedback and market intelligence to trade and management
· Promote CMA CGM Value Added Service as per group strategy
· Any ad hoc projects assigned by Dept. Head
Requirements:
· University Degree or above in Business Administration/ Logistics / Marketing or related disciplines
· at least 6 years’ sales & marketing experience in shipping/ logistics industry
· Excellent in customers' socializing and interpersonal skills
· Good at spoken English and Mandarin
· Good at computer knowledge and skills
· For less experience, will consider as Assistant Key Account Manager
