About the role

We are looking for a driven and strategic Key Account Executive to lead the promotion and sales of microbial-based risk prediction tests kit, an innovative solution for early disease detection and risk stratification. This role is responsible for managing and growing key accounts within private hospitals and medical groups in Hong Kong, ensuring tailored solutions and strong partnerships with healthcare providers.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement strategic account plans for private hospitals and medical groups.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Promote microbial-based risk prediction tests kit to healthcare professionals, including physicians, specialists, and procurement teams.
• Deliver product presentations, clinical education, and hands-on demonstrations.
• Plan and organize customized solutions tailored to the needs of each medical institution.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
  

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical device, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical sales.
• Proven track record in managing key accounts, preferably within private healthcare settings in Hong Kong.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to develop customized solutions for diverse medical institutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
