Java programmer (40k -56k/Large-scale project exposure)

Responsibilities

• To develop and maintain system using Java programming
• To carry out problem diagnosis and program troubleshooting for systems;
• To create programs for system improvements;
• To perform program testing and system testing;
• To assist in user acceptance testing (UAT);
• To create and maintain program documentation and job control procedures;
• To prepare for project reports and specifications;

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in JAVA programming and Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Experience in social security service systems is desirable.
• Previous work experience on government projects is preferred.
• An advantage to have 1 year of experience in Java Servlet Programming (JSP).
• An advantage to have 1 year of experience in Java Application Framework (e.g., Struts (Apache)) (JAF).
• An advantage to have 1 year of experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP).
• Proficiency with Cantonese is a must.
• Senior Candidates would be considered as (Senior) System Analyst.
