IT Support Engineer

• 5-day work week
• 1 year or above relevant work experience
• Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical support via phone, email, IM tools
• Troubleshoot on IOT hardware, software, and network issues
• Install and maintain computer systems and software
• Documentation and maintenance
• Assist with user account and PC setup
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with the IT and Application team

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year or above relevant working experience
• Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field
• Knowledge of O365 office, windows systems and related software
• Strong IT problem-solving skills
• Cross Team tasks and service orientation
• Good communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems are advantages
• Certifications (CCNA, MCP or MCSE) are advantages
• Experience with Fortinet, VMware are advantages
