We are hiring Business Development Executive/ Manager/ Director for our new expansion into IT products (B2B AI & Cloud Services).

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Target Achievement: Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for individuals and teams based on company sales tasks, ensuring targets are met. Responsible for sales of SaaS software products in the region, actively developing new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and improving client retention and activity rates. 

  2. Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement sales strategies for office SaaS software and video conferencing software to achieve regional revenue and growth targets. 

  3. Channel Development: Establish and manage partnerships with local distributors, agents, and system integrators. Strengthen relationships with channel partners to ensure optimal coverage and performance. 

  4. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform product positioning and sales strategies. Work with the marketing team to tailor localized promotional activities and strategies for target markets. 

  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions. Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.

  6. Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless solutions are delivered to clients. Provide feedback to the R&D team on local market needs and functional requirements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years (for Executive/ Manager role), 7+ years (for Director role) ofsales experience in IT software/ related industry

  • Proven track record in sales management in office SaaS software or related fields is advantage

  • Good command of spoken Mandarin & Cantonese is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to extract actionable insights from data
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a changing market environment
