IT Operation Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Configure systems, manage patches, update certificates, and oversee backup jobs to ensure seamless operations;
• Provide expert administration in Azure, AWS, M365, networks, and servers.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, and ongoing support, ensuring smooth partnerships;
• Facilitate IT internal approval processes, payment requests, and documentation to streamline operations;
• Assist in project requirements, from design to implementation, ensuring successful rollouts and signoffs;
• Conduct ongoing infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting to preempt issues;
• Deliver monthly infrastructure and system performance reports, providing valuable insights for optimization;
• Handle domain name and SSL registration and renewal, as well as software licenses and hardware maintenance contracts. Assist in maintaining the company's IT and related electronic equipment such as computers, WIFI, CCTV, video conferencing, attendance machines, printers, projectors, smart TVs, parking lots, etc.; and
• Maintain up-to-date company network infrastructure diagrams, inventory, and operational guidelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent, with certifications such as MCSE/MCP/MCITP/CCNA/Azure Admin preferred;
• Minimum 3 years' experience in IT technical support, with expertise in Azure, AWS, Network, and hands-on experience in Azure AD, M365, and network infrastructure;
• Familiarity with ITIL and information security best practices;
• Independent, hardworking, and self-motivated with a knack for quickly mastering new technologies; and
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese/Putonghua and English.
