IT Helpdesk Support (Welcome Fresh Graduate)

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain WAN/LAN networks.
• Support and manage web servers.
• Configure and manage Linux servers, including firewall and web services.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues.
• Develop guidelines and procedures for daily network operations.
• Monitor network performance and security.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance network infrastructure.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in IT discipline
• Over 2 years of relevant experience in Network Support preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Experience with Linux servers (firewall, Samba, Apache, web mail).
• Knowledge of network operating systems, equipment, and software.
• Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP).
• Understanding of Google Workspace and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent in spoken Cantonese.
