Key Responsibilities

• Data-Driven Research: Work with large financial datasets and advanced AI tools (e.g. machine learning, deep learning, NLP) to support research in quantitative trading and digital asset investment strategies.

• Algorithm Development: Assist in developing and back-testing algorithmic trading models for digital asset markets, using statistical analysis and machine learning to improve strategy performance.

• Portfolio Optimization: Contribute to portfolio optimization and risk management by analyzing market data, monitoring trading algorithms, and providing insights to refine investment strategies.

• Fintech Innovation: Collaborate with the team to explore innovative fintech solutions – for example, applying CBDC technology, digital wallet integrations, AI-driven trading platforms, and tokenization systems – to enhance our asset management and trading products.

• Cross-Functional Exposure: Engage with various departments, including the fund operations team, to understand the end-to-end process of managing digital asset portfolios (e.g. trade execution, liquidity management, compliance and reporting).

• Communication of Insights: Prepare clear research reports, data visualizations, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior researchers and management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Fresh graduates (Class of 2024 or 2025) with a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. (Candidates must be at least 20 years old.)

• Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in quantitative methods. Coursework or experience in AI/ML, data science, finance, or related fields is highly advantageous.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of responsibility, self-discipline, and a quick learning ability.

• Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required; bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is highly preferred (candidates from Mainland China are welcome to apply).

• Preferred Background: Academic majors in Engineering, STEM fields, or Accounting are preferred. Experience in AI projects, academic research, finance/investment clubs, or fund-related internships is a plus.
