What Can You Expect from the Internship Recruitment Process?

·         Applications must be received by 17 June 2025 for consideration

·         Interviews will take place 18 June - 27 June 2025

·         Offers and placements will be made at the week of 30 June 2025

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist to compile and validate sales data information
• Prepare weekly / monthly reports on regular and ad hoc basis for meetings, business reviews, management meeting, etc.
• Support on order updates, reconciliation, and relevant buy sheet files necessary for Merchandising, Production, Customer Service, and TR partners
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document handling
• Prepare training materials
• Assist in ad-hoc project

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in relevant disciplines
• Has interest in retail/wholesale/travel retail field in the luxury fashion retail sector
• Good organizational skills and time management
• Proactive, presentable, self-motivated, team player and problem solver
• Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Good command in English & Chinese, Knowledge of other Asia languages is a plus
