What you’ll be doing?

• Provides operational support to internal teams and clients;
• Follow up with the clients' feedback and request for service improvement and maintenance;
• Liaise with vendors or suppliers for providing goods or services in high quality standard;
• Manage the stock level of hardware and software to ensure smooth service delivery;
• Assist in ad hoc operation issues.

Who are we looking for?

• Higher Diploma or above;
• Excellent time management and communication skills;
• Proactive and detail-minded;
• Independent and self-driven;

• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin & English.
