職位描述

Job responsibilities

  • Provide support to the HR team for payroll and C&B related functions
  • Handle inquiries and maintain proper records
  • Update database, filing and assist in HR related assignments
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Hands-on experience in payroll administration and or calculation works, preferably in services operations and or front line industries
  • Detail-mind with good interpersonal and communication skills, well organized with positive attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Words, Excel (Vlookup / Pivot table) and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
