Job responsibilities:

  • Handles full scope of C&B operations & administration for Hong Kong & Macau offices.

  • Executes monthly payroll and produces all related payments & reports in compliance with local law and in timely manner.

  • Updates and maintains personnel data into HRIS and create personal files to keep track of completed personal records.

  • Processes pension contribution and benefits administration.

  • Prepares tax returns/reports to Inland Revenue Dept / Tax bureau in accordance with relevant tax legislation.

  • Prepares documents like staff movement contracts and employment certificates, etc.

  • Administers various benefits programs & insurance schemes which are currently in force and follow up with claims processing if required.

  • Compiles and generates monthly reports on regular basis and compile ad hoc statistics and reports.

  • Handles employee enquiries

  • Provides support in ad hoc assignment and projects as assigned.

  • Assists in various activities like annual salary review, bonus calculations, sales/field incentive review, market surveys, and budgeting.

  • Prepare and distribute HR-related files to colleagues.

 Job requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or related field preferred

  • Working experience in Human Resources function in multinational company is big advantage

  • Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations

  • Well-versed in sophisticated HRIS system, knowledge of Workday & SAP & JDE preferred

  • Excellent oral and written English /Chinese (Cantonese) communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications especially in MS-Excel skills

  • Mature, well-organized, and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills

  • Solid experience in handling difficult clients with strong service mindset

  • Proactive, detail oriented and sensitive to number

  • A team player and able to work under pressure
