職位描述

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • To support HR department and perform general HR duties
  • Responsible for all-round office administration duties including but no limit to maintaining facilities and office equipment, office supplies procurement, stationary ordering etc.
  • Maintain an accurate and update HR system, leave records & filling system
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned


Requirement: 

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Equivalent Disciplines
  • 2 years’ or above relevant working experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Detail-minded, able to work independently and a good team player
  • Familiar with MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel (Vlookup), Powerpoint etc.
  • Working location: Lai Chi Kok (Near MTR)
  • Immediately available is an advantage
