HR Intern (Full-time 6 months program from July to December 2025)

Internship Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our Regional HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR practices and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. This internship will provide valuable experience in various HR functions and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and documentation of HR operations procedures and manuals.
• Participate in the emergency contact data collection project, ensuring accurate and timely data management.
• Organize and maintain the HR Document Library in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and assist with various HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

• Currently Year 2-3 or Master Degree Student in Human Resources Management.
• Proficient in Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
• Strong interest in HR practices and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
