About the role
APEC Group International Limited is seeking a dedicated and organized HR & Administrative Assistant/Officer to join our team in Sheung Wan, Central and Western District. This full-time role is integral to supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing company.
What you'll be doing
- Provide support to day-to-day operations on the full spectrum HR function
- Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding activities
- Provide full spectrum of office administrative and clerical support on daily operations.
- Maintain proper filing records and data entry.
- Interacts with other support staff and departments to gather, supply, or coordinate information.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments and duties as required.
What we're looking for
- Diploma or above or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Self-motivated, hardworking, responsible, well organized and willing to attend to details.
- Good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
