About the role

As the Head of Commercial at Securitas Security Services (Hong Kong) Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's commercial strategy and growth initiatives. In this full-time position based in Cheung Sha Wan Sham Shui Po District, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of the business, ensuring the company's offerings are aligned with market demands and customer needs.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones
2. Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching and mentorship to drive their performance
3. Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and service improvement
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new security solutions and services that meet the evolving needs of clients
5. Negotiate and secure high-value commercial contracts, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth
6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for optimization and continuous improvement
7. Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company by providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership

What we're looking for

1. Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior commercial or sales leadership role within the security services industry
2. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth
3. Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to secure profitable commercial agreements
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
6. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
7. Thorough understanding of the security services industry, including market trends, regulations and competitive landscape
