Key Responsibilities:

Greeting guests in professional manner; responsible to check in / check out services for the guests

Maintain smooth & efficient running of operations

Manage conference room reservations and coordinate set-up arrangements
-
Monitor and maintain the tidiness of reception area and conference rooms
-
Provide general office administrative support, such as procurement of office supplies and facilities management
Requirements:
-
DSE or above;
-
2 years of relevant working experience
-
Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
-
Cheerful, good communication skills, self-motivated, proactive and responsible
-
Good computer knowledge of MS Excel & Word
-
Immediate availability is preferred
