Guest Service Agent (Full Time)

Job Description:

• Perform check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered accurately into the hotel PMS system
• Greet all arriving and departing guests in a courteous manner
• Handle guest enquires
• Ensure the highest standard of customer service is extended to all hotel guests

Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferably in hospitality industry
• Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
• Good in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Detail oriented, independent and able to handle challenges
• Good at computer skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Knowledge of PMS system is an advantage
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
