Graduate Trainee

Throughout the 1-Year Graduate Trainee Programme, trainees will have the opportunity to engage in comprehensive Leadership and Management Training, experience Departmental Stream Attachments, and contribute to a variety of Business Projects. These activities will be guided by seasoned mentors with broad expertise, as well as Department Heads and Senior Management.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured training programme to gain a comprehensive understanding of the various functions within our supply chain operations
• Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of Supply Chain activities, including inventory management, customer services, transportation and warehousing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the development and analysis of key performance indicators to monitor and optimise supply chain performance
• Liaise with vendors, clients and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of goods and services
• Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive innovation and growth within the organisation

Requirements:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for the logistics and supply chain industry, with a keen interest in process improvement and innovation
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
