Job Nature:
- Monitor overall cost to ensure a P&L target achieved, through driving efficiency under GOtrip team
- Ensure improvement on conversion over time by developing right practices
- Ensure revenue target achieved by implementing the right sales and performance strategy
- Create, Develop and formulate the optimized approaches to drive the performance-based business with different partners in NMG different Brands and platforms
- Develop the workflow and insights, and equipped the Content team on content development capabilities
- Identify client needs by developing innovative offerings
- Develop new products and strategies for future growth
- Identify, develop and grow talents for the team, to ensure strong and robust
Characters / Qualifications:
- Degree holder or above
- Over 10 years of experience in business/product development
- Experience in travel or airline sector is preferred
- Strong management skills and entrepreneurial experience
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Good understanding of the multimedia and advertising industries is an advantage
- Digitally savvy and open to new technologies and AI
- Result-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
