A well-established machinery equipment trading company is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team –
Responsibilities:
- General clerical support, document issues (e.g. Invoice, PO etc.) and processing, data entry, filing and so on
- Handling incoming calls
- Assist the team leader in handling the maintenance service and inspection schedule
- Assist in handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned
職務:
- 負責一般文書工作,開立文件如訂單及發票等、一般資料輸入、文件整理存檔等
- 接聽電話
- 協助主管日常運作,包括跟進維修部的工作日程和檢測進度
- 協助執行上級分配的其他職務
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
2 years of clerical / administrative / customer service working experience
- Responsible, well-organized, willing to learn with pleasant personalities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Chinese Word Processing and English Typing
- Fresh graduates with a positive attitude will also be considered
- Immediately available is preferred
要求條件:

- 2 年工作經驗
- 處事細心、有責任感、好學且情格開朗
- 熟悉使用基本辦公室軟件 (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook) 、中文輸入法、英文
