Full Time Tutor 全職導師

工作地點：

荃灣西 / 屯門 / 西營盤

工作內容：
* 負責教授小學功課班，指導及核對功課，默書及問書，預備教材
* 負責教授小學中英數專科班，批改堂課及功課
* 負責教授中學全科班 (如有需要)
* 控制課堂秩序
* 撰寫學生表現報告
* 定期與家長聯絡
* 處理日常行政工作
* 接待客戶 (家長、學生)

入職學歷要求：
* 教育程度 (正在修讀 / 已獲得)：高級文憑 / 副學士學位 / 學士 (高級文憑或以上程度)
* 理科生、就讀教育系或語文相關學科者優先考慮
* 中、英、數根底良好，HKCEE / HKDSE 中、英、數考獲 D / 3 或以上等級 (必須註明各科成績)

其他工作要求：
* 母語為中文及廣東話
* 能有效管理課堂秩序，獨立帶領小組及處理問題
* 謹慎小心，能在壓力下高效完成指定工作
* 具備學習能力、主動性和良好溝通技巧
* 具有補習社工作經驗或能立即上班者優先考慮

Job Responsibilities:
* Teach primary school homework classes, including guiding and checking assignments, dictation and revision as well as preparing teaching materials
* Teach primary school specialized classes in subjects such as Chinese, English and Mathematics, and grade classwork and homework
* Teach secondary school homework classes (if necessary)
* Maintain classroom order
* Write student performance reports
* Regularly communicate with parents
* Handle daily administrative tasks
* Attend to clients (parents and students)

Qualifications:
* Education Level (currently studying / obtained): Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Bachelor's Degree (Higher Diploma or above)
* Candidates with a background in Science, Education or Language-related disciplines will be given priority
* Good foundation in Chinese, English and Mathematics, with a minimum grade of D / 3 or above in HKCEE / HKDSE (individual subject grades must be specified)

Other Job Requirements:
* Native proficiency in both Chinese and Cantonese
* Ability to effectively manage classroom discipline, independently lead groups and handle problems
* Attentive and meticulous, capable of efficiently completing assigned tasks under pressure
* Possesses learning ability, proactiveness and excellent communication skills
* Candidates with tutoring centre experience or the ability to start immediately will be given priority
