Company Overview:
Anytime Fitness is a leading global fitness franchise, dedicated to providing members with flexible and convenient fitness experiences. We are seeking a passionate Franchise Development Manager to identify potential investors and drive our business growth, particularly in expanding our market presence in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of all franchise sales leads including pre-screening franchise leads for suitability, booking appointments, presenting the franchise opportunity, following up to close the lead on their desired territory and franchise option.
  • Ensure all sales targets are achieved consistently month on month through exceeding key sales activity metrics and ratios.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to optimize marketing strategies (online and offline) for franchise sales to ensure lead quality, volume and metrics are ideal for the market.
  • Liaise with 3rd parties including real estate agents, leasing management companies, and/or developers to network and build an internal database of commercial property that meets our criteria whilst negotiating attractive commercial terms to offer to new and existing franchisees.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about sales, resilient, self-motivated and be willing to do whatever it takes to achieve targets.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in franchise and/or business sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets preferably within the franchise industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the commercial property industry with a strong background in commercial leasing, buyer agency services and knowledge of the property market preferable.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese speaking preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, financial acumen, and the ability to read, understand and articulate financial pro formas and financial statements to prospective franchisees is essential.
  • Confident with all lead generation strategies including cold calling prospects, networking, attending events and liaising with real estate agents and/or developers.
