Foreman (Property)

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and carry out testing and commissioning.

2. Conducting routine inspection and preparing inspection reports
   Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation

3. Facilitate technical specifications and requirements for all the self-performing maintenance and improvement works
4. To take over on technical facilities of buildings and handle defect rectification aspects
5. Supervising a group of Technician and Senior Technician

What we're looking for

1. Craft Certificate or Diploma in Electrical /Building Service Engineering and/or Facilities Management/or equivalent is an advantage
2. Minimum 5 -8 years work experience in property maintenance or related field
3. Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade A or above
4. Experience in property management and taking over of properties is an advantage
5. Good communication and customer service skills
6. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Foreman
