Job Descriptions

  • Handle the full set of accounts.
  • Prepare routine reports and maintain complete and up-to-date records.
  • Communicate closely with clients and vendors regarding pricing and quality issues.
  • Issue and follow up on invoices, purchase orders, and other relevant documents.
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical support.
  • Handle any ad-hoc assignments as required.


Job Requirements

  • LCC & I Higher / Diploma in Accounting or higher.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Multiable & QuickBooks is an advantage.
  • Proficient in computer skills and knowledgeable in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
