Executive, Operations (Medical field & CS focus)

Job Description:

• Handle inquiries from both existing and potential customers with promptness and professionalism.
• Deliver precise, informative, and persuasive details about our services, packages, and the subsequent steps.
• Perform order management, system input and transportation arrangement & clerical supports
• Assist to prepare tenders to HK Hospitals
• Ensure all devices in the warehouses are in good conditions
• Inventory gap analysis & reconciliation
• Maintain accurate inventory record for consignment between actual & WMOS system

Position Requirements:

• High Diploma in any discipline
• At least 3 years working experience, preferably in warehousing or medical field
• With experience in handling HA Tender is highly preferred
• Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
• Self-driven, detail-minded, proactive, multi-tasked, and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent customer service manner, communication & problem-solving skills
