Responsibilities
-
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to executives;

Manage executives' calendars and arrange meeting schedules;

Prepare presentation materials, meeting documents and correspondence;
-
Coordinate appointments and necessary arrangements for business and personal activities;
-
Assist in managing personal matters, including travel and accommodation arrangements;
-
Complete ad-hoc duties assigned by executives.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; formal secretarial training is a plus;
-
At least 1 year of relevant experience supporting senior management in the trading industry; fresh graduates will be considered;

Strong organizational skills for stakeholder coordination;
-
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;
-
Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) in both written and verbal forms;
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
-
Mature, meticulous, discreet, detail-oriented, well-organized, and a good team player;
-
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
