職位描述

5 days, mon - fri, 10:00 - 19:00, central

 

Responsibilities:

·Assist in a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to senior executive in both business and personal matters

·Scheduling the appointments, manage calendar and email handling on business & personal matters

·Arrange daily family driver schedule to facilitate the business and personal needs

·Arrange the team meetings, events and conference

·Travel arrangement, transportation, flight and accommodation & etc

·Coordinate with various internal and external parties to maintain a smooth daily work-flow

·Handle sensitive, personal and confidential data in a professional manner

·Manage and assist in all ad hoc assignments as assigned.

 

Requirements:

·Degree holder or above in secretarial or administration

·Minimum 3 years relevant experience (family business is preferred)

·Flexible, mature, proactive, well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independently

·Can-do attitude and problem-solving skills

·Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

·Good knowledge of MS Office with IT knowledge is preferred
